It's autumn! Or at least it is in my hemisphere. Though, the weather hasn't been acting like it; sometimes its nice and cool and breezy but we have occasionally lapses back into sticky summer heat.
My surgery finally got a concrete date, btw, October 8th! Wish me luck, and hopefully recovery time will be quick. I have started on the PD comic, and am aiming to get at least half of the first chapter done before surgery; I might be able to get past that, but I'm trying not to pressure myself on the matter, I'll be hitting a pause point where I'll probably be too achey or dozey on meds to work for a short while anyway.
My intention is to complete the first chapter entirely, before I start releasing it on a website, and release chunks on update days until the entire chapter is out while I work on the next one, so that while updates would have longer pauses between them, they'd be bigger and not cause the pacing to feel agonizingly slow, while also granting me some wiggle room schedule-wise. I know waiting whole months for a single scene to fully play out is what sometimes causes me to not keep up with webcomics, or otherwise wait until a full chapter or issue or what have you is complete before reading.
In the mean time, I'm still workin' forward, and I hope you guys stay safe and happy and if you're working on your own projects, have fun and good luck with them!
